Palace Rooms

The Salon de los Embajadore, the largest room in the Alhambra and Sala de los Abencerrajes showcase stunning Moorish architecture and intricate decorations. They were used for royal receptions and ceremonies.

Alhambra opening hours vary based on the time of year you plan to visit:

The Alhambra is open on all days of the week.

From April to mid-October: 8:30pm to 8:00pm.
From mid-October to March: 8:30am to 6pm.

Closed on: January 1 and December 25.

Best time to visit: The best time to visit the Alhambra is between April to June and September to November. During spring, you can enjoy the Generalife gardens in full bloom, while the fall season offers pleasant weather and less crowds. The busiest time of the year is during summer, between June to September.
